It is good at that. A few months back I got rear ended my car was totaled. I thought insurance was low balling the value so I got them to send me the valuation report. Put it into ChatGPT, and got and sent back my own comps which raised the payout by almost $1,200.It also helped me fight them when the supervisor reversed their liability decision and tried to blame me. ChatGPT generated a list of questions that got them to admit the supervisor decided to believe a witness statement that said I changed lanes when the original adjuster discounted it because they witness didn't establish how long before the accident the lane change was. I was then able to take the witness statement and the pictures and show how the damage was actually inconsistent with their version of events. Got them to re-reverse their decision and hold the other driver 100% liable again.
