I am fully blind, and this is why Claude is changing my life. So, I want to tell you about my experience with Claude. Firstly, I am fully blind. i am telling you this because this is the main reason why Ai has such an incredible impact on my life. My professional life has been as an IT consultant for blind and visually impaired people, as well as a consultant on digital accessibility for large organizations. I run a small consultancy business. I can build small apps and programs that really help me. An example, a price calculator. Before: customer sends a request for a 3d print, I have to open the file in a completely inaccessible slicer to get the different values I need to calculate an offer, then type the values into excel, read the results, and try to create an offer using Word. From image description to document creation, coding and app development, using Claude code along with agents, Claude is giving me every day independence like I could only dream about.
