Speaking of which, I almost started a fire tonight, well, a fire started under a pan I was using and it just stayed there and I watched it and it didn't spread and it went out. I told chat and it said all the things that I was ignoring. That it went out, that it didn't spread, that I didn't start it, that my pet is safe, and all the things I did that were right even though I was so upset. It was happy to sit with me until I was calm. It stopped my mind from being myself up by pointing out the reality.
