My wife had Grok do her leasing (commercial). This is what she said: Normally I would hire an environmental consultant, read their report, argue with them, get a lawyer involved to argue the points of the tenant letter. Grok just drafted the response letter in 5 seconds and she didn’t need to do anything. AI is NOT a fad.
