It is a good tool. I uploaded my mh dbq and my mh decision letter, and it gave me, after a ton of questions, a 20 page file to upload for a supplemental claim. I had new and relevant evidence, as well as all the inconsistencies that were found. It also helps if you ask it to reference all Cfr's, the M21 manual and relevant case law. It found a ton of contradictions from the dbq and the decision letter, and also found one thing that I completely overlooked. At the end of my dbq, it states that I identify as homeless. I am indeed not homeless. It gave me a bunch of CFR, M21, and caselaw violations that this little statement created. From a CUE , to impacting future claims, creating a bias from the future rater, as with dealing with a "homeless" person.
