I did the exact same thing for my initial claim and was awarded a 50% rating. Reading the decision letter, I felt like they had overlooked evidence that was already on file. I redacted all of my evidence and uploaded to an AI like the one mentioned by OP and had AI analyze it and explain the best path forward. I filed for HLR immediately and used it to organize my argument. Uploading that letter, I skipped the informal conference and filed HLR in October 2. I just got the HLR decision letter today raising me to 70%. Without AI I would have missed a lot of stuff, especially important legal precedents.
