My Dad has been unable to work due to cancer, and had debts spiralling as he was previously self employed. When speaking to Gemini it flagged there are UK charities that would be able to help him reduce payments and freeze interest as he is classified as vulnerable. He now does not have money stress as a result and has enough money to live normally via pensions
